Hardware prerequisites
Each PC starting higher than 386 is sufficient.
A special feature gives it with via epia Main boards: It is a modification on our part necessary. If you
want use the IR-2-serial - module, please select "VIA EPIA" in the order form!
The module with a Notebook is to be operated, please select "Notebook" in the order form.
The Remote Control
The IR module is compatible with almost all models. Neither the age nor the type of the past use are with
various devices (video recorders, televisions, stereo and HIFI systems etc..) decisive!
Last Tip :-))
If two or several devices are to be addressed with a remote maintenance, one must realize
oneself that the devices must be in such a way, which comes a signal only in each case to a device!;-))
